With the widely use of computer and network communication technology in railway management, the development step of railway information technology is constantly moving forward. While the railway office information system has achieved some remarkable results, it is still insufficient. At present, the main shift information source of railway transportation and production scheduling is the statistical and analysis information from production scheduling, which has the characteristics of large amount and is short of effective computer treatment. While decision-making, leadership can only browse the paper materials to process the information, resulting in low treatment efficient. Therefore, it is important to build a shift information management system to improve the level of Railway Bureau transportation and production scheduling decision making.The actual demand of transportation and production scheduling shift information work of the Chengdu Railway Bureau is analyzed. Considering the principle of the application software development and through analysis, design and implementation of system, a transportation and production scheduling shift information management system is developed based on Microsoft ASP.Net platform.Firstly, the research background and the status quo at home and abroad are introduced. The content of the transportation production scheduling information and transportation production scheduling shift are discussed. On the basis of comparison of popular dynamic web development technologies such as PHP, JSP, ASP, ASP.NET is used as the development of technology of the system.Secondly, a detailed requirement analysis, the overall system architecture and flow chart are performed. On the basis of this, the framework of the three-tier structure of Browser/Server the function models and the database are designed. And the system security mechanism such as authorization and authentication is considered.Then, the system development environment is built. And the system implementation solution is given. The key function modules namely transport information upload and report document management are designed and implemented. In the implementation process, some traditional technologies are improved so as to improve the system performance.Then, the system deployment and system interface are introduced.Finally, a summary of the work of the thesis is done, and the system problems should be solved in the future is prospected and analyzed.
