Based on oil and gas storage and transportation company phone report production run, manually fill in the manual workload exists on the table, a long time daily report, information receiving slow, file storage, analysis, summary of the issue is not conducive to the production operation, the use of modern network information technology, combined with the actual production condition, develop a set of oil and gas storage and transport production command system design.The system adopts client/server architecture design, was developed in.NET framework4environment using VB.NET, use the ORACLE database for data storage, simple data processing and export through the EXCEL and other office software. The system includes data input, report processing, information, statistics,system maintenance five modules.The design of the production operation understanding of the specific situation analysis, based on the actual demand as the basis, has carried on the detailed demand analysis, combined with the production needs to perfect the design. Finally, the software system design implementation although most accord with the need of the production, but there are some parts need to be studied in the future to continue to improve.
