With the rapid development of China's economic construction,the flow of flights at large and medium-sized hub airports domestic and overseas has grown rapidly.As a result,the pressures faced by various units in the civil aviation sector have increased and flight delays have frequently occurred.For this reason,this dissertation develops the guarantee subsystem for the coordinated operation of flights to improve the coordination ability of flights,improve the airport's management quality level,and guarantee the punctuality of flights.This dissertation firstly analyzes the current status of domestic and international flights,studies the related theories of flight cooperative operation management,and combines the actual operation rules of our country's flights,and provides the design scheme of guaranteeing subsystems in the coordinated operation management of flights.Secondly,based on the detailed system requirements analysis,the overall architecture,function modules,database and function interfaces of the system are designed.At the same time,for the traditional allocation of parking positions without considering the impact of delayed flights on the distribution of parking positions,a parking space pre-allocation algorithm and a parking space redistribution algorithm were designed.Then use SSH three frameworks,JSON and GSON,Android interface layout and other technologies to achieve the relevant functional modules of the guarantee subsystem.The client mainly provides functions such as flight dynamic information viewing,flight progress display,and guarantee information collection.The server side mainly provides functions such as operator management and task management.Finally,functional and performance tests were performed on the guarantee subsystem.The application of the guarantee subsystem in the cooperative flight operation management can not only effectively reduce the time error in the operation process and the time of the flight at the airport,but also achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of airport management.
