The Research Of House Fund Manage Information System In Network

With the development of the socialist market economy, the general adoption of the market principle and the commercialization of the housing reform and the computerization of the management of the house fund have become the trend. At the beginning of the work for this paper,I mainly work at the development of house fund manage information system of Han Dan city. During this,we found lots of repeated work exists in the development because of lack of communication and cooperation in the cities,and some system have limitation. So,I want to abstract the problems and the solution plan of the development of the house fund manage information system in network by researching some house fund MIS, especially by taking part in the development of the house fund MIS of Han Dan city. And finally,I will try to establish a general model of the house fund manage information system. In our country,the development of house fund manage information system is in the stage of beginning.In this paper,we made a bold attempt in this area.
