This article is primarily based on "programmable logic controller (PLC)+electromagnetic valves+AC induction motor/inverter/rotating cylinder" automaticfork bag manipulator system for research. Article discusses packaging composition,application situation and development trend of industrial Manipulator. Structure andworking principle of the analysis the sealing machine production line, discusses theautomatic fork bag manipulator control processes, make automatic fork bagsmanipulator of functional requirements and processes, automatic fork bagmanipulator design of mechanical structure and control design. Application of AUTOCAD and Pro-E software to complete the automatic shifter component design ofmechanical hand and Automatic manipulator model fork bags. Developed controlsystem wiring and hardware selection for any sport program development anddebugging.
