This paper designs a kind of electromagnetic valve performance detection platform with high automation level.It consists of lower computer control system,electro-hydraulic proportional control system and upper computer monitoring system.The system integrates monitoring,control,early warning,and testing into one,and is mainly aimed at high-precision detection of pressure characteristics,sealing characteristics,and steady-state pressure characteristics of hydraulic proportional solenoid valves.The hydraulic proportional solenoid valve test system adopts PLC as the lower machine controller and uses the WEINVIEW touch screen and the configuration software EasyBuilder8000(abbreviated EB8000)to design the interface.It can monitor the system's various working indicators in real time.The system achieves fast and stable data acquisition.The S7-200 collects pressure signals from the field through analog input modules and pressure sensors.The signals are transmitted to the touch screen through PLC's A/D conversion and numerical conversion.The touch screen displays real-time pressure values,voltage values,and characteristic curves;the PLC sends commands to control the actuators at the site.According to the technical requirements of the test system,the main research of this paper is the electromagnetic valve automatic test system.In order to be able to detect the performance of the solenoid valve with high efficiency and accuracy,on the basis of PLC software and methods,and electromagnetic valve and hydraulic system are integrated Theory,development of a solenoid valve performance testing device.The high-precision detection of pressure resistance characteristics,sealing characteristics and steady-state pressure characteristics of hydraulic proportional solenoid valves.The core is a combination of a PLC controller and a touch screen,and the power unit,the oil manifold,and the test valve mounting valve plate are used as control objects.The input and output module channels are used to form an open structure supervisory computer control system.The functions of data measurement preprocessing,sensor linearization and nonlinear compensation,scale conversion,over-limit alarm processing,and digital controller engineering realization are realized,so as to meet the control requirements of the proportional solenoid valve detection.The article details the composition,working principle and realization of each part of the test platform electronic control system.
