| Proportional valve is a kind of hydraulic valve which is used in the technology of electro-hydraulic proportional to control the flow and the speed of liquid medium. It has very important applications in the industrial, military, aviation and other fields, in the system of hydraulic, the control quality of Electro-hydraulic proportional affected the stability and reliability of the whole system. Therefore, the quality of the proportional valve's characteristics is directly related to the performance of hydraulic system. Proportional solenoid valve as a percentage of the machine-electric converter, the performance of solenoid plays an important role in the reliability of proportional valve, proportional solenoid affects the speed and volume of the flow of hydraulic and then control the energy transfer of hydraulic system by promoting the campaign of proportional valve's spool.This paper work is the research and design of proportional solenoid control system. First by building experimental test platform, to test the performance of proportional solenoids. Second, select AT89S51 as core processors of microcontroller control system, and design related peripheral circuits including the AD conversion circuit, communication interface circuit and other circuits. According to the characteristics of proportional solenoid proportional solenoid to design a power drive circuit. Upon completion of the circuit design based on the design of the circuit made of interference.In this paper, we selected integral-separation PID as the control strategy of the system by studying the PID control strategy of common proportional solenoid based on completing the design of the circuit of hardware. We design out the related program and study Software interference by the software control system.On the basis of the completed control system, the paper has a experiment for the characteristics of the proportional solenoid, the results show that control system design ideal and achieved the desired results. |
