Research On A Kind Of Quick Judging Device For The Pole Of Solenoid Valve

The digital control system is a distributed control system based on computer and network communication which also known as: distributed control system(DCS). Widely used in the field of nuclear power industry, at present, the vast majority of nuclear power plants in our country are using DCS.Due to the late development of DCS technology in China, and the strict requirements of the security and reliability of the nuclear industry, the security level DCS has not yet been realized independently, so the security level DCS equipment is mainly provided by foreign suppliers.The security level DCS in CPR1000 type units are using MELTAC platform provided by MITSUBISHI. The equipment interface card of DCS platform was integrated design, the insurance can not be replaced. A large number of solenoid valve are used as actuators in industry field, solenoid valve polarity errors will result in equipment interface card damage. The damaged device must be replaced totally; moreover, the device interface card is expensive. Industrial site environment is complex, which resulting in a higher probability of equipment damage and a large cost of waste.For considerations of safety, reliability, economy, development cycle and other aspects, we can not upgrade the design by supplier of DCS equipment. We can only follow the previous to ensure nuclear safetyAiming at the above problems, the paper analyzes the working principle of the industrial field equipment, abstract the electrical principle of solenoid valve to be able to find a circuit for quick judging the pole of solenoid valve, develop a device and complete the implementation of hardware and software.
