| Coil of solenoid valve is an important core component of solenoid valve. In refrigeration system coil of solenoid valve’s function is opening and closing solenoid valve automatically, and it can make the solenoid valve connect and cut off the pipelines of the refrigeration system. The coil of solenoid valve usually works at the bad environment of overvoltage and high magnetic field, as a result, its stability of general performance has the direct bearing on the operation of system. In order to guarantee its safety and stability, it is necessary to detect its general performance. At present domestic enterprises generally make the test of its general performance divided into several steps, and every step is tested by many operating persons. But the test results are usually influenced by many artificial factors, and the error is bigger. So developing a suite of system which can be used for testing the coil of solenoid valve general performance becomes more and more important. The main contents of this paper are:(1) Firstly, this paper particularly discusses the working principle and the structure of coil of solenoid valve, then determines the testing indexes of the coil of solenoid valve general performance. The testing indexes include number of coil’s turns test, DC resistance test, inter-turn insulation test, compression strength test and insulation resistance test.(2) According to the enterprise’s needs, we make the design requirements of this system, then put forward the whole design scheme which includes control module design, drive module design, gas path module design, detecting module design and system test software design. The test software design which is used in this system includes PLC test software design and human-computer interaction interface design.(3) This paper imports the evaluation of uncertainty, and discusses the concept of uncertainty and all the evaluation methods. Then it is used for the coil of solenoid valve general performance detetion system, and it analyses all the source of uncertainty which can affect the test results. Then it will respectively evaluate the coil of solenoid valve general performance.(4) Verify the production cycle of this system, endurance tests and veracity of experimental data. Then evaluate the machine capability indexes of coil of solenoid valve general performance detection system. After calculation, the result is that the machine capability indexes Cm,Cmk of the coil of solenoid valve general performance detetion system both are more than or equal to 1.67 which meet industry standards. |
