This thesis described the speed-sensorless vector control system for the current situation of coal mine hoist speed-governing system. In this paper, the basic principle of vector control and mathematical model of asynchronous motor in the different coordinates are introduced and the speed identification method of MRAS based on the speed-sensorless vector control is explained, then, and the orienting vector control system solution of speed-sensorless rotor field based on model reference adaptive system(MRAS)is drawn in the paper. The space voltage PWM control and rotor field orientation algorithm is used,and the vector control is processed according to the feedback of identification speed.In the light of the definitive control scheme, the model of the speed-sensorless vector control system is established based on MATLAB / Simulink environment and the simulation results were analyzed. The results shows that the system had a good accuracy and control performance, verified the feasibility of the system.According to the simulation model, the hardware and software are designed in system to the center of DSP and FPGA, thereinto, DSP is applied to vector control algorithm, FPGA is used for the SVPWM signal generator and System Protection. In this way, it makes full use of the respective advantages, improves the speed and accuracy of the system to achieve real-time control and accuracy.
