The evaluation to teachers is an important part of school management and also animportant basis of the teachers’ professional development. As is required in the book《Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (trial)》,"It is necessary that the evaluationsystem should be built to improve the teachers constantly, that teaching behaviors ofteachers on their own analysis and reflection should be emphasized, and that theassessment system on the teacher’s self-evaluation with the mutual participation of theschool principals, relevant teachers, students and their parents should be established,enbabling the teachers to obtain information from various aspects, and to improve theirteaching level continuously.".This thesis involves the analysis of the researching significance of senior schoolteachers’ evaluation system, concludes its historical development and status home andabroad and studies the theory of teachers’ evaluation system. Base on the characteristics ofsenior school teachers, the thesis has established a set of senior school teachers’ evaluationsystem.In order to analye the evaluation results in depth, this thesis has explored theinadequacies of the Apriori algorithm,improved method for the inadequacies of thealgorithm and studied how to use the Apriori algorithm to analyze the evaluation results.On the basis of above analysis, the thesis has created the teachers’ evaluation systembased on B/S structure, which adopts a combination of ASP with database technology,having made the theachers automatic evaluation with high efficiency available.
