Design And Implementation Of The Evaluation Eystem For Secondary School Teachers

At present, people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to the development of middle school teaching, and they also put higher requirements for the school to improve quality. Thus it is essential for schools to improve their evaluation mechanism of teachers because it can help to promote education management and teaching quality.Nowadays most schools are still using manual and paper-based assessment method which caused a lot of problems such as lacking of fair evaluation and science. What's worse, manually paper-based assessment has no privacy at all and it caused a waste of resource due to printing a large variety of statistical forms. Besides, artificial statistics are of vulnerability. The traditional evaluation methods can not guarantee the accuracy and scientific of evaluation results, at the same time they also caused a huge waste of human, financial and material resources. As a result, it caused serious impact on the evaluation of teachers and it is hard to promote the active role of school education. Lastly, it does not reflect the organic integration of modern education technology and the middle school education.Due to the current situation of evaluation system for the faculties in the middle school, the paper, combining with the current situation of modern network configuration in the middle school, designed and implement a paperless examination system for faculty evaluation-the B/S software structure, which was supported by ASP.NET as a development language, SQL Server 2008 as the background database. In the aspect of users, the system includes three layers of structures:users log on, users modify and save operation and faculty evaluation operation. In the aspect of administration, the system includes three functional modules:the administrator management module, and a statistical evaluation of results and save module. After installing and using in the campus network environment of Middle School attached to Northwest University, the evaluation management system for the faculties can operate well and meet the modern requirements of evaluation for teachers and the use of this system makes the evaluation of teachers to achieve high efficiency, automation and scientific.
