In order to fully implement the national education policy, strengthening quality education, now all over the country in the implementation of teacher performance evaluation mechanism, to improve the teachers’enthusiasm and comprehensive quality. How to build a teachers’scientific and perfect performance appraisal system, has become the present throughout the education authorities and schools the urgent problem. Simply rely on manual operation, there is less scientific and reasonable performance evaluation efficiency is low, the use of information technology, realize the information management of teachers’performance evaluation, is the social inevitable trend, also is the content of this paper to study.Based on my school teacher performance evaluation system for the background, analysis and design a set of evaluation of middle school teachers’ performance based on network environment system. This article summarizes the problems need to be resolved, discusses the significance and importance of the project research, elaborated the system development methods and related technologies; the paper proposes the design goals of the system, using the method of object oriented to the system carried out a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements given the system, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, of the use case description; in the design of the system, has carried on the system design and module of overall design, the structure chart of the function module design is given (the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram) and processing flow chart, elaborates the design of content, interface part of the design, and the use of the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure of the database detailed design; finally, the contents of the study are summarized, elaborated the main work of the people, and points out the deficiencies of the thesis, and the further work is prospected.
