From the Internet of Things concept proposing to now, the technologies of the Internet of Things rapidly develop. All countries in the world start the research of the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things is called as the third wave of information industry after computer and internet. Along with the rapid development of the Internet of Things industry chain, the standardization of the Internet of Things technologies has become a problem to be solved at present.The current world standardization organization has put forward four layers standard system structure of the Internet of Things.It is divided into sensor layer, the transport layer, processing layer and the application layer from bottom to top. In the sensor layer,the standardization of the WSN and RIFD has formulated, including the EPC standards proposed by EPCGlobal and IEEE802.15.4standard proposed by IEEE organization and so on. In the transport layer standardization, mainly strengthen for the mobile communication network protocols. In the processing layer, put forward the data processing standards, such as ETSI M2M TC formulated the M2M function architecture. In the application layer, the standardization work focused on large scale industry applications, such as intelligent power grids standards and industrial control standard set by IEC TC65.Operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things cross the processing layer and the application layer. Through the dynamic research analysis of operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things in home and abroad, this paper puts forward that the standardization of operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things, and give the standardization system model of operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things.The operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things carry on the standard design respectively according to crossing the two layers. In data processing layer, follow the data processing flow; In the application layer, adopt the business flow based on ITIL (the user can define flows) in longitudinal aspects; the operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things involves network all walks of life in horizon, so function modules are different and follow different dustry standard (such as intelligent power grids, intelligent traffic and intelligent logistics, etc.). This paper takes the intelligent power grids as an example in horizon fact of the application layer, discusses the minimum function set of the intelligent power grids operation and maintenance system. Also discuss security management throughout the two layers, each layer has its own safety treatment strategies. At last, according to the application of different industries,the paper puts forward the second fuction expansion of the operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things, and discuss the theory of the second development interface. And take WSN module function adding of certain operation and maintenance system of the Internet of Things for example to expound it. The second function expansion method simplifies the function expansion of operation and maintenance of the Internet of Things.
