Encrypted QR Code Algorithm And The Application In Material Inteligent Weighing And Sampling System

QR(Quick Response) two-dimension bar code is a rapid developed, widely used bar code technology in last few years. Using encryption algorithm to encrypted the data, and then using the QR two-dimension bar code to express the encrypted data can enhance the security of data. The paper introduce the QR Code in the material intelligent weighing and sampling system of power plant, using QR encryption code to represent sources, coal and other sensitive information in the ample sampling, testing process,, so that it can effectively avoid the duty crime, strengthen the enterprise the level of automation, improve working efficiency.The main contents are as follows:1. According to the sample information security requirements of material intelligent system, analysis of the commonly used two-dimensional bar code character, determined the design plan which using QR two-dimension bar code as a power plant sensitive information carrier. 2. Analysis of the QR code encoding and decoding algorithm and error correction mechanism, implementing the RS error correction algorithm in the QR Code.3. Proposed using chaotic logistic map to improve the RC4algorithm, researching the improved methods and the choice of parameters in the improved method, completed implementation of of the encryption algorithms in intelligent systems of materials.4. Selecting the android mobile phone as the QR Code application platform of material intelligent weighing and sampling system, completed encryption of the QR code recognition system software design.5. According to NIST (national institute of standards and technology) standard test improved RC4algorithm character.The paper details the QR encoding and decoding technology, the RC4algorithm and the encryption process, cell phone encryption, the implementation of QR code recognition system,testing results and analysis.
