In this paper, we developed a spacecraft packing chest vibration measurement system based on virtual instrument in LabWindows/CVI development environment, after studied the packing chest vibration signal acquisition and control. Due to software programming instead of the traditional hardware circuits of measuring instruments, reduced the cost of test. LabWindows/CVI integrates a large number of visualization controls, as well as data acquisition and analysis functions, provides a friendly and easy used user interface for the system, and improving development efficiency. In this system there are four modules, such as data acquisition, file management, data analysis, and other functions. Achieving a rapid, stable and long period of data acquisition and high-precision frequency spectrum analysis based on the method of Quinn estimating frequency. Provided experimental basis for the damping effect of the packing chest, and protected the spacecraft's transport safety. The system has been put into use, the actual tests to demonstrate that the system testing accurate, stable and reliable, and with strong anti-jamming capability. It changes the past measurement system with instrument independent, hand-operation, hand record data, low automatization operation into measurement system with few instrument, high automatization.
