Our country has been made some preliminary results in the service support ofagrometeorological disasters, and establish a lot disaster warning and forecast system.But the agricultural meteorological disasters monitoring is not mature enough,compared to the actual needs and sustainable development of agriculture, there arestill a certain gap. Establish a widely and perfect national service support system ofagrometeorological disasters is particularly important.This article is based on the Visual Studio2008development platform and usedthe C#develop language. The system uses the plug-in framework, this makes thesystem modular and reduce the develop complexity, the software deployment andupdates becomes simple, the start rate is improve and reduce the occupation of systemresource. In this paper, the research results are as follows:(1) After the demand for research on the system, the whole system is divided intoseven subsystems, including agrometeorological disaster monitoring and forecastingevaluation subsystem, agricultural pests and meteorological grade predictionsubsystem, ecological and meteorological monitoring and evaluation subsystems,agrometeorological evaluation subsystem, crop yield prediction and disaster damageassessment subsystem, agrometeorological business services product productionsubsystem and the agrometeorological database application service subsystem;(2) This paper designed and developed by plug-in framework. Realization themodel of the crop yield forecasting and crop cold damage monitoring and forecastingof northeast. As a plug-in access to the entire system, it is a typical representative. Inthe process, the entire application is divided into two parts, including the hostapplication and plug-ins, each subsystem is a separate plug-in, the whole systembecomes steady and enjoys excellent expandability; (3) Using the MVC design pattern, the system design into three levels to achievethe separation of model, view and controller. First, it is the data collection andprocessing stages, including the weather data, agrometeorological data, agriculturaldisaster information and satellite remote sensing data; Second is the computing,monitoring, assess and forecasting stage; Finally, is the variety of agrometeorologicalbusiness services product production stage;(4) On the basis of the plug-in software framework and key technology andalgorithms, the system according to the actual business needs to design and develop acomprehensive agrometeorological database and every modules of the system. It isbasically meet the business needs of the agricultural meteorology center of ChinaMeteorological Administration.
