As agricultural modernization in our country is getting more and more popular,traditional agriculture meteorological services of the agricultural meteorological information has revealed defections of incomplete,limited skill levels and other issues.These issues have directly resulted in the failure to meet the development needs of modern agriculture.In order to maximize the full importance of agricultural meteorological"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" services,there is an urgent need to build a set of local agricultural production in Dalian special agricultural weather service platform business,as the fragmented agricultural metrological service information systematization and automation,network operation,enhance,agricultural weather service levels,improve service efficiency.As for the existing problems,in order to better serve the local agricultural production development,this paper uses the existing meteorological resources which are combined with the current agricultural production demand,establishing a set of meteorological service for the agriculture business platform.The article describes the process of establishment the main platforms using ASP.net technology,B/S model development framework,SQL Server database management system and other key technologies,and the platform of the buildup process is described in detail.The main work and contributions are as follows:To start,the methodology origins from actual situation of modern agriculture and related meteorological services of Dalian.It divides the roles of platform users,combines major functions and fulfills other analytical requirements via multiple nested systems.For example,agricultural meteorological operational service system provides relevant agricultural meteorological services,meteorological information system provides historical and real-time weather information.The interaction between farmers and specialists will be fulfilled by online interaction function.Moreover,there will also be a background management subsystem providing the administration of the platform management functions.After the realization of the platform for testing,the method begins to verify the reliability of platform stability.Therefore,various functional modules can be designed to achieve the correct operation of the original design goals.The successful implementation of this platform for Dalian meteorological will be an effective way for farmers to provide services.
