Virtual reality has been widely applied in many fields as a new technology.Which the virtual campus is it important aspect, with good prospects for development.The virtual campus is a virtual reality technology used in the construction of campusculture. Make the material resources into the inexhaustible informationresources. On the one hand, through the virtual campus Let more people to the entireschool has clear understanding. It can also provide the most intuitive form ofexpression of the campus landscape and facilities. Convenient the users familiar withthe campus traffic environment, access to campus information, access to campusinformation. On the other hand, Can use the virtual campus to help solve the campusplanning, program design, and promote the development of school construction.This subject mainly studies the application of virtual reality technology in virtualcampus scene modeling, map baking, until finally the application of the function ofthe development. Through reading the domestic and foreign relevant literaturematerial, researching virtual campus development situation and development of3Dmodel construction and technology.
