Underground Pipeline is an important component of urban infrastructure, whichis the lifeblood and sustains the development of economy and society. As people havemore expectation on the functionality of underground pipeline management system,the traditional two-dimensional GIS system can not meet the practical applicationrequirements. Only transforming the massive data of spatial database into intuitivegraphical information, can the result of GIS give powerful support for the planningand management. Therefore, it’s very necessary to establish a scientific, accurate,integral, visualization and intelligent underground pipeline information system, whichis urgently needed by urban planning, construction and management.System’s key technologies include three-dimensional automated undergroundpipeline generation technology, ground transparency, pipeline visualizationtechnology, three-dimensional data loading, service-oriented distributed systemarchitecture, component-based development techniques and layer data integration.The following modularization are made in this thesis: project settings,business data browsing and integrated query and analysis, editing, annotation,measurement and statistics. Thus it has achieved the following functions: projectdefinition and setup, optimization calculation of Statistics, display control, intelligentpipeline rehearsal, query and analysis.In this paper, the requirement is the actual work of the three-dimensionalunderground pipeline management in Xuzhou. On the basis of comprehensive datacollection, analysis of underground pipelines in Xuzhou, the main line isthree-dimensionally visualized. The following work has been achieved in this thesis:Data cutting, data dynamic loading and LOD models; Distributed architecture ofservice-oriented, component-based development technologies; open operating system-Linux; Oracle relational database which has advantages of a stable, mass datastorage; Apache Tomcat as Web application services; Intermediate applicationservices, two-tier and multi-tier application framework combined software systembased on Java, which is a object-oriented, cross-platform design language; Definitionand setting of the properties and objects for data exchanging; Open interfaces for theheterogeneity of all kinds of heterogeneous data in application system; Design andimplementation on information system of three-dimensional underground pipeline. This paper analyzes the system implementation and application process ofthree-dimensional underground pipeline management information system in Xuzhou,reflects application advantages of the system, Provides a reliable protection of theapplication of three-dimensional underground pipeline management informationsystem in Xuzhou Planning Management Information System.
