Informationization promotes technical advancement of the main business of Jilinpetrochemical Company, and traditional theories, techniques and methodologies ofarchival work are subject to significant influence. Informationization leads to thereconstruction of enterprise management process and promotes redevelopment of themanagement process of archival work. Therefore, it becomes necessary to provideprofessional business training for the archival management personnel. BusinessArchives not only keep track of historical development of the enterprise, but alsopreserve the knowledge obtained in the process of main business development. Theenterprise becomes increasingly dependent on the archival information resources,making them the essential productivity factor to promote competitiveness anddevelopment of main business of the enterprise. The promotion of strategic positionof archives information resources requires company to upgrade the “thinking way” ofarchive management and to converse the management mode of the archive. Thatrequires strengthening the training work to all relevant personnel; To Promote theconstruction of strong international competitiveness multinational enterprise group,we must speed up the promotion of the integration of the information system, andrealize the knowledge, information and technology sharing. Data integration is thefoundation and core task for Corporations to construct the integrated informationsystem. That means more standardized management of core information.Only on thatbasis and establish a shared database, an integrated information system could beestablished and run. So it means archives work must adapt the company’s strategydevelopment needs, strengthen the computer and information technology training,provide the necessary information resources support for company to establishintegrated information systems.With the rapid development of Jilin petrochemical company and the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise system the archives work becomes moreimportant for enterprise’s development and global economic competition. At the sametime, the enterprise file management faces with the new situation and newproblems.How to build an archives training system, to gradually change the presentpassive state of archives human resources training work, to form a high quality, highlevel of files talent team and to provide the high quality knowledge resources servicefor enterprise development is very important. This paper makes an analysis anddiscussion around such a proposition.The thesis comprehensively explains the background and the significance ofsubject selection and puts forward the research ideas and methods. In the past a fewyears, due to the problems left over by history and institutional management reasons,there was a disparity in archives operation and training management mode betweenJilin petrochemical company and the requirements of national archives and ChinaNational Petroleum Corporation. Therefore, in order to ensure long-term, stable andhealthy development of Jilin petrochemical company, to constantly promote theenterprise development competitiveness, it is imperative to construct and perfect theenterprise archives’ training system as soon as possible. This article mainly usedcomparative analysis method, the qualitative analysis method and quantitativeanalysis method to research and investigate the situation and organization structure ofhuman resources of Jilin petrochemical company’s archives; made a system analysisof Jilin petrochemical company archives training status and training needs. Alongwith the rapid development of Jilin petrochemical company, the limitations ofcompany’s existing cadre training system have become increasingly prominent.The problems such as conception lag behind, lack of awareness and lack of soundtraining system has directly impact on the effective development of enterprisearchives management. The thesis expounds the design principles of Jilinpetrochemical company training system, the basic framework of the archives, thetraining plans, scientific assessment and evaluation of the implementation of thetraining programs. The supporting measures of Archives training system likeimproving the archives curator’s training consciousness, establishing and perfectingthe incentive system and strengthen the funding support for archives training are also demonstrated in this thesis.
