Analysis And Design Of Organization Management System For Residents' Standardized Training

In China, standardized residency training has been an important part of post-graduate education of medical students, is extremely important for high-level training in clinical physicians, improve health care quality. Occupy the front bearing (basic education in medical colleges) start after (Continuing Medical Education), an important role in medical lifelong education is the key to the formation of clinical medicine experts.With the development of standardized training of resident physicians, there have been a growing number of doctors and hospitals to participate in this system activity in the past. The management way use manual and semi-automated can not keep up with the pace of the times. So, a scientific and systematic management system is adapt to the current residency standardized training organization and management need, facilitate the hospitals and centers training organization and effective management, and can enhance the efficiency of administration, realization of electronic management information.First, the paper introduces the background residency standardized training organization and management systems, to the need to address the issues outlined, discussed the significance and importance of the project, describes the systems development methodologies and related technologies. Then, paper presents the system design goal, the system is a detailed needs analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements, business process diagrams given system, for example, class diagrams and conceptual diagrams, use cases were description; in the system design, the overall design of the system and module design.The system includes the following two parts:1) Design student information management system, faculty information, organization management and assessment management, and several other modules. 2) gives the modular design of functional block diagram (Figure Pack), class diagrams, sequence diagrams (collaboration diagrams) and process flow chart detailing the design content, and use the entity class diagrams, ER diagrams and database table structure detailed design of the database;Finally, the paper summarizes the contents of the study, explained my main work, the paper points out the shortcomings exist, and further work is prospected.
