With the rapid development of Internet, the way people access to knowledge areconstantly progress and development in the web1.0era, people from the network tofind and acquire knowledge, convenient and quick, with no user participation andinteraction. In the web2.0era, people not only from the network to find and acquireknowledge, but more importantly in this era of user freedom to participate in which, for the dissemination of knowledge and learning, effective in promoting theformation and development of online communities. In the growing network ofweb2.0form to make the network more have to listen to the needs of users to theuser from the web1.0era of passive participation into the active participation of theweb2.0era, such as Douban reading Amazon books classification ideas allow usersto participate in the Books category are better added to the reader the idea of bookclassification to meet the needs of a wider audience, Douban reading, excellentAmazon is the use of web2.0technology to complete the site book classification, folksonomy information organization approach to the classification of books, readersof books to add tags to get a description of the readers of books, using the consensusof the majority of the book described resistance to the classification of the book togood readers to participate in book classification which reflects the web2.0thinking.The library is where people find and learn the subject knowledge, with the rapiddevelopment of the network, the library should also be quickly developed to adapt tothe rapid development of the network, otherwise the library will be hindered by itstraditional, limited resources, resulting in unable to meet the needs of more users, beeliminated by the society. Library only change the traditional library classification, allows readers to good books classification, in order to meet the needs of users, donot adhere to the traditional rely on experts in the field, and rely on librarycataloging staff to complete books, according to the user’s classification of habitsclassification, so as to reflect the web2.0thinking to achieve lib2.0requirements.This article is by drawing Douban reading, Amazon and other websites, booksclassification, folksonomy Information Organization classification of users to addthe tag label, library books classification, folksonomy with free, the disadvantage of the lack of standardized add tags In this paper, the body of this standardization, thestandardization of semantic hierarchy to add tags to the readers after control, tagreaders to add more meaningful. Finally, by building a library folksonomyontology-based information organization model to illustrate the process of librarybook classification used in ontology-based folksonomy. As can be seen, the librarythrough the use of folksonomy classification of books can be more effective readersto participate in the work of the library’s more humane than the traditional libraryclassification, greater respect for the opinions of the readers and, more importantly, the classification results better meet the needs of customers, so that readers can morequickly and more efficient positioning Library Resources.
