Recently with the rapid development of economy, the automobile industry ofChina is growing rapidly, production and consumption has jumped to first of theworld, and the competition of car market is increasingly fierce. The competitivepower of automobile manufacturing enterprise supply chain influences the corecompetitiveness of the enterprise in the market directly. So the optimization of thesupply chain management is a guarantee for the enterprise in an invincible positionin the market. Because of the not timely communication in supply chain, leaded notonly the high cost of logistics in supply chain, but not quickly enough reaction ofsupply chain for change of the market, and directly influenced the corecompetitiveness of the enterprise. It’s possible to real-time share the information ofsupply chain since the development of modern information technology. Combinedwith modern information technology and enterprise supply chain management,made each company in supply chain seamless docking and rapid response,thusmade the enterprise to top others in the fierce competition.Automatic remote reading, group reading and other advantages of RFIDtechnology make it widely used in people’s daily lives. This article used RFIDtechnology into the process of automobile manufacturing enterprise supply chainmanagement, through the fast acquisition of information in supply chain, made thesupply chain to share information in real-time and accurately, and increased theagility of supply chain to respond to the market change, thus enhanced the corecompetitiveness of company. First, this article described the concept, workingprinciple, components and the mainstream use of standard; then given a briefintroduction to concept of supply chain management, including the relationshipbetween logistics and supply chain management and the meaning of externallogistics in automobile manufacturing enterprise supply chain; and then focused onthe existing business processes of supply logistics and distribution logistics, andanalyzed the problem of existing business processes from the perspective of supplychain management; based on those problems we described the applicationrequirements of RFID technology in supply chain; and using the RFID technology to go on the process reengineering of automobile manufacturing enterprise supplychain; through choosing the application pattern and equipment of RFID, wedesigned a application solution of RFID technology in the supply chainmanagement; at last, we made a supply chain logistics management system whichwas based on RFID technology. Through the play of RFID technology, the systemprovided a platform for sharing information and unified planning and managementof logistics activities in enterprise supply chain.
