With the deepening of reform and opening up,the market scale of enterprises has been continuously expanding, and book companies have been increasing. The competition among book companies has become fierce. In order to reduce costs and obtain greater profits for certain companies, the printing of pirated books and the recycling of special offers have aggravated the chaos in the market order and seriously damaged the interests of consumers. In addition, there are many members, links, and processes involved in the book supply chain. There are many problems such as high inventory, low level of information, bullwhip effect, and imperfect library management system, especially low level of information is not conducive to supply chain members.Communication between. At the same time,RFID technology,as an automatic identification technology, has been widely used in retail, pharmaceutical logistics, and other fields by virtue of its rapid acquisition, storage, and tracking of the entire supply chain. Therefore, based on this background, this paper combines RFID technology with the book supply chain and applies RFID technology to the book supply chain, aiming to improve the informationization level of the book supply chain.First of all, because the scope of the book supply chain is very broad, this article defines the book supply chain as a model of the four links of publishing house, printing house, book distribution center and Xinhua Bookstore, and then separately conducts the existing processes of the four links.analysis.Among them, the publishing house mainly analyzes the topics of book selection and the book editing business process. The printing factory mainly understands the printing process flow of the printing factory, and the book distribution center mainly analyzes the receiving operation, the demolition inspection operation, the straight distribution operation, the picking operation, and the package review operation.,return operations and distribution operations, and finally the Xinhua Bookstore receipt process, cash register process and inventory inventory process analysis. After a certain understanding of the business processes of these four links,we found some problems in the book supply chain. The problems were mainly due to many processes and complicated operations and low level of information.Secondly, aiming at the problems existing in the original process, and then through in-depth enterprise research to understand the application of RFID technology in the book supply chain, and then use RFID technology to redesign every businessprocess of the entire book supply chain.Applying RFID technology to the book supply chain can simplify the process and increase the level of informationization. Finally,it is mainly the economic analysis of RFID technology applied to book supply chain.First, the cost analysis of RFID technology in the book supply chain, including fixed costs such as electronic tags and antennas, equipment maintenance, software development and maintenance, and other variable costs;second, the specific analysis of the benefits of RFID technology in the book supply chain.,mainly through the calculation of a number of important business processes to reduce the time, and then converted into a savings of labor costs;third is the D company distribution center as an example of the static and dynamic two investment recovery period were analyzed and compared The dynamic investment recovery period is more scientific.By analyzing the cost, effectiveness and investment recovery period of RFID technology applied in the book supply chain,it can provide a theoretical reference for enterprises to use RFID technology.Applying RFID technology to book supply chain can not only greatly enrich the book supply chain related theory, but also provide related experience for book supply chain management.
