Design And Realization Of Supply Chain Management System In Small And Medium Enterprises Based On ERP

In this paper, the basic thought of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the structure of Web application system based on Microsoft.NET Framework are introduced. Combined with a practical research item: Supply Chain Management system for YuanDa Medicine Industry Group(YD-ERP), it summarizes the business actuality, function requirements and conceptual design, and puts forward a solution of YD-ERP based on the .NET Framework in B/S mode and the realization of YD-ERP with some related techniques.With ERP as the foundation of theory and .NET as the foundation of technique, the development, preponderance, characteristic, some theories, primary modules and the applications at home and overseas are first introduced. Then the paper discusses the characteristics of ERP system orienting to medium and tiny enterprise and its corresponding design solution. The .NET is a kind of structure provided with special preponderance in the development, deployment and management for the Web application of the business enterprise. The technologic constitutes, characteristics and principles are also studied in this paper.After Requirement Analysis and Business Process Reengineering, it carries out the conceptual design, presents the realization flow to some business processes, such as Master Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning and management of purchase, inventory, sale, subdivided the function modules of each subsystem, brings forward the solution based on Intranet and B/S mode. In the realization, SQL Server database is designed according to design principle of standardized database and great emphasis is put upon discussing the method of three layers architecture under Web environment. In order to improve the performance of system, the thought of module technology and component technology is conformed to. The paper describes in details the design and realization process of components for each layer and the used techniques, such as ASP.NET , AD0.NET etc. Then with an ensample of a module of purchase subsystem (Purchase Order Management Module), the operating and realizing processes are present. These analyze and prove the feasibility and practicability of the design mode. As working at Intranet, the setting of security and the authority control strategy are also introduced. Finally it discusses the main techniques and the direction the system can orient to.
