Group decision-making has now developed into a very important branch of thefield of management science, with the continuous development of modern society,technology and scientific knowledge in the field is constantly updated, and themultidisciplinary field of cross between the deepening of the problems faced by thepeople become more complex, more and more involved in knowledge and areas,many of the problems of the reality by the individual decision-making satisfactory orreliable results, most of the time must rely on the group’s thinking, experience andwisdom only possible solution. Therefore, the research and exploration of groupdecision-making in recent years has been an important concern has become a hot areaof management of scientific research and cutting-edge.In group decision-making in the current context of this study focus is to solvethe multi-attribute field on ELECTRE-Ⅲalgorithm introduction of groupdecision-making of the new method of multi-attribute group decision-making to solvepractical problems. This thesis work is mainly divided into the following four parts:(1) First, the concept, characteristics, classification and research the developmentprocess of group decision making are summarized, the systematic collation andsynthesis of the various branches of the field and multi-attribute group decisionmaking Research.(2) describe the basic issues involved in multi-attribute group decision making,elaborated on the multi-attribute group decision making involves five elements:decision-making unit and decision-makers, the target set or index system, the set ofattributes, and alternative attributes, decision-making situation and decision-makingcircumstances, decision-making rules.(3) real-world group decision making, decision-makers to use benchmarks and thescale is different for this situation, the proposed algorithm based on ELECTRE-Ⅲmulti-attribute group decision making, the traditional first ELECTRE -Ⅲalgorithm isimproved, and then build the preferences evaluation matrix and groups of outrankingrelations, and finally the final decision results obtained by the method of groupdecision-making sort.(4) based on ELECTRE-Ⅲand TOPSIS multi-attribute group decision makingmethod, TOPSIS method and ELECTRE Method for Multiple Attribute DecisionMaking combining extended up attribute group decision-making and its applicationsfrom the field of multi-attribute decision-making, built by constructing a decisionmatrix for each decision maker’s credibility index and groups close to the matrix, thefinal group decision-making of the sort the results.
