With the rapid development of computer technology, a lot of people use PC toprocess information. This greatly contributed to the development of the database,which easy for people to manage and use information. But with the explosive growthof information, finding valuable information from a lot of information is becomingincreasingly difficult. Data mining then came into being.Currently there are a large number of different data mining algorithms, there aregreat differences between different algorithms and for different applications, themethod used is also different. The impact of different selection methods to evaluate isgreat. Thus, there is an urgent need for a suitable method to evaluate for a particulararea.This paper mainly studies the project of geological exploration fund, with thedevelopment of computer technology in recent years, the work of geologicalprospecting field are becoming more digital and informational. The construction ofCGEF is an important step to realize the informatization of geological prospectingproject, and also the base of the geological survey project management in remote andOA.Drilling is one of the important methods of geological exploration, is now one ofthe most widely used method, therefore in CGEF system, drilling project is designedas an separate sub modules, and it’s designed with the actual construction process ofdrilling engineering, in this method all the aspects of the drilling engineering arereflected in the system, providing the data base for decision-making and scheduling tothe manager of fund center.AHP, as a mature decision method is widely used in many areas of our daily life.AHP method, however, there are still some shortcomings. This paper studied on themethod to improve AHP method with gray theory and TOPSIS method, and theresults are applied to the CGEF system to value the quality of drilling project, thenachieved good results.The work and research content of this paper mainly completed the following: 1) Familiar with the knowledge geological exploration fund project, and analysisthe research state of domestic and foreign, base on this do research of the CGEF B/Sversion system.2) Study AHP, TOPSIS and the grey system theory method, compare them bylearning and practice, thus put forward the improvement method for a singlealgorithm, try and implementation of the GAHP method and TOPSIS-AHP method,and is proved by the instance data.3) Study on the drilling project process, develop C/S version based on the B/Sversion, and then use the two algorithms to value the quality of the project.
