As the complexity and uncertainty of objective things or the ambiguity of human thought, theuncertain multiple attribute decision making problem is became more and more important inpeople’s real life. In recent years, the research of uncertain multiple attribute decision makingmethod has became a hotspot at home and abroad. Today, although we have achieved a lot inresearch of uncertain multiple attribute decision making theory and methods, there is still not perfect,there are many problems to be solved.On the basis of previous research work, further research on the uncertain multiple attributedecision-making problem is carried out in this thesis. Especially, the research of the multi-attributedecision-making problem based on interval-value Vague sets and the multi-attributedecision-making problem based on three-parameter Vague sets. And obtained some achievements.The main work of the thesis is illustrated as follows:1. Basic theory and typical method of uncertain multiple attrivute decision making.Not only the basic concept and the analysis process of the multi-attribute decision-makingtheory were introduced, but alse the typical multi-attribute decision-making methods weresummarized.2. The research of the multi-attribute decision-making problem based on interval-value Vaguesets.Firstly, a new score function based on interval-value Vague sets is proposed to choose thepositive and negative ideal solutions; Secondly, the distance between two interval-value Vague setsis defined to get the distance between every alternative and the positive ideal solutions or thenegative ideal solutions. And finally, a new TOPSIS method of multi-attribute decision-makingbased on interval-value Vague sets is proposed to rank the alternatives.3. The research of the multi-attribute decision-making problem based on three-parameterVague sets. Firstly, the algorithms and properties of three-parameter Vague sets are introduced. Secondly,the gray relational grades of the three-parameter Vague sets are defined; Finally, the gray relationalanalysis method is generalized to the multi-attribute decision-making problem based onthree-parameter Vague sets, and ranked the alternatives;4. Example analysis.The proposed TOPSIS method of multi-attribute decision making based on interval-valueVague sets is applied into the high-tech risk investment project selection selection, and the proposedgray relational analysis method of multi-attribute decision making based on three-parameter Vaguesets is applied into multi-attribute decision-making problem based on three-parameter Vague sets,all the result proves the two methods are effective feasible.
