Group decision-making(GDM) is an important direction in decision making. Because it has practical background in many fields, such as society, economy, management and engineering system, the theory, method and application of GDM have been paid attention to in recent two decades. In practical group decision-making analysis, because of the fuzziness, complexity and uncertainty of judgment information, and impact of each factor in the appraisal process, decision information gived by decision-maker has uncertainty, so the research of group decision-making analysis method and application based on uncertain preference information is a very important respect. Therefore this paper studies the theory and methods for consistency analysis of expert group's judgments and alternative ranking based on uncertain preference information in GDM. The main research works are as follows:With respect to the problem of alternative ranking in group decision-making, by defining the possibility of interval order number and reciprocal possibility matrix, a method is proposed to solve the problem of alternative ranking based on interval order number preference information.With respect to the problem of consistency analysis in group decision-making, by defining consistency index and estimate matrix of experts'group, a method is proposed to judge the consistency of group experts decision-making and the improving method of the inconsistent in group experts decision-making based on interval number preference information.Finally, the multi-attribute decision-making method is used in teaching quality assessment in college teacher; an application example of teaching quality in college based on the preference information of uncertain language interval is given. This paper use jsp and sql server 2000 to carry on simulation, the simulation results show that the method proposed by this paper can increase the efficiency of group decision alternative ranking based on uncertain language interval preference information.
