An Inquiry Into The Evaluation System Of Mineral Resources

With the development of market-oriented economy, it is vital for modernenterprises to assess a project before its implements. Nowadays, mineral resourceenterprises should pay more attention to ponder whether to exploit a mineral projector not to and how much money should be invested in it. Then, how to obtain anoptimal plan for the project is becoming more and more significant.From the standpoint of application, this paper has studied all related aspects usingthe standpoint of system .First, the situation of mineral resources is analyzed and thekey index related to mineral resources is concluded. Then obtain a set of the weightsusing the method of hierarchy analysis. Next, three methods of decision making:Overall evaluation, Topsis evaluation and Electre method are used in the assessmentsystem. In order to get a reliable result of evaluation, the method of social choice isused to give a final optimal plan for the evaluation.This system of mineral resources evaluation is designed using the technologies ofJSP, web database and Java Bean, it is visual, easy to operate and maintain and runsreliably, so it should have a brilliant future of applications.
