Based On The Electre Algorithm Of Multiple Attribute Group Decision Support System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of network technology and the deepening of theglobalization process, the IT innovation has brought great convenience for our lives,but at the same time more and more of the global challenges facing humanity, a lot ofcomplex engineering project groups need to work together to solve, or evencooperation between several countries, group decision-making theory in the contextof this era came into being and gradually formed a kind of decision-making method,and with the development of IT, making the traditional decision-making faster andmore accurate, therefore the study of group decision support system has a veryimportant practical significance. For the trend of society increasingly complex, andimportant decisions need to build community views to solve, this thesis presents amethod to design and implementation of a general-purpose GDSS based onELECTRE-III, researches processes and characteristics of group decision makingproblems, uses information technology design to study Internet-based group decisionsupport system, and makes a detailed analysis and design about applicationrequirements and business structure of the system.The text of the research of group decision support system is based .NETdevelopment platform to design and implement, through analyze and research ongroup decision-making problems and the theory, detailed analysis and investigation ofthe decision problem of information flow, exhaustive analysis and design of thebusiness needs and the overall structure of the system. Comprehensive utilization ofInternet technology, communication technology and database technology and othertechniques, B/S structure to build the framework for the system, bring aboutinformation management for group decision making. System uses .NET-baseddevelopment model to devise and develop, analyze and devise the some of thefeatures of the system, design an integrated management information system,including information management, decisions making, the auspices of interaction,Information Enquiry, the results of the query, which line with .NET development andspecification.This thesis first introduces the purpose and significance of the topics, anoverview of the article as a whole, and then describes the system developmenttechnology and system framework, after improves the ELECTRE-III method, makesit can build-up views of groups better, analyzes the needs and goals of the groupdecision support system, and designs the overall structure of the system on the basis of these work, makes a detailed description of the different subsystems, describes thesystem’s implementation, introduces the issues involved in system design andimplementation process. Finally, proposes the main directions of future research.
