The real-time transmission of video surveillance images is greatly influenced by the network bandwidth,in a low bandwidth environment,how to solve the problem of video real-time transmission is a difficult problem in the research of video surveillance.In this thesis,an efficient video compression method is used,and using this algorithm is to build a real-time video monitoring system of the power transmission & substation project.Meanwhile,considering the characteristics of high humidity,high temperature and the actual needs of transmission & substation project in Equatorial Guinea,a visual alarm temperature and humidity monitoring system is researched and designed for the power equipment.It improves the temperature and humidity monitoring efficiency of power equipment for managers.At the same time,on the basis of the temperature and humidity monitoring system,it can be preliminarily realized to the monitoring of population density by effective collecting temperature and humidity data and treatment analysis in the laboratory space.To a certain extent,it reduces the risk caused by the crowd and improves the safety supervision efficiency of the crowd in the closed space as well.The specific research work of this thesis is as follows.1.As for the low bandwidth of the network in Equatorial Guinea,a high efficiency USDC video compression algorithm which is based on the wavelet transform is proposed.This kind of compression algorithm saves 60% of network bandwidth compared to H.264.It uses this algorithm to build a real-time video monitoring system of the power transmission & substation project which solves the problem of video transmission in a low bandwidth environment,realizes the real-time video surveillance of Domestic Company for Oversea Company.2.According to the characteristics of high humidity,high temperature and the actual needs of transmission & substation project in Equatorial Guinea,research and design a visual alarm system for power equipment and environment temperature and humidity monitoring.This system can effectively monitor the changes of temperature and humidity in power equipment and environment,so that it provides the real-time temperature and humidity data for managers to improve the supervision efficiency of the power equipment and ensure equipment operation stabilization.3.On the basis of the temperature and humidity monitoring system,combining the demand of transmission & substation project,a population density estimation algorithm based on temperature and humidity sensor is proposed in a closed space and a set of population density estimation and visual alarm system is designed so that the effective estimation of population density in a closed space is realized.It also provides supplementary means for the power transmission & substation project of population density monitoring in working space in Equatorial Guinea. |
