The Research Of CSFs In 3G Base Stations Project

In the information society, the success of the 3G base stations project is related to the vital interests of the people. The research on the project success factors is a focus of the current research. Scholars in home and abroad have done a lot research. Due to differences of culture, differences of geographical, and the special nature of 3G base stations and so on, we have to explore new research an innovation based on our national conditions. So the research on the success factors of 3G base station is meaningful.Based on analysis of the literature, this research has found out 39 success factors of the project, according to the expert interviews of the success factors, the research has got 45 success factors. Through factor analysis of survey data, it has got 5 key dimensions and 17 questions. And it also has got the conceptual model of 3G base stations.139 samples for the analysis of the data are based on structural equation’s process of model building, model fitting, model evaluation and model modification. And this paper got the critical success factor correction model of 3G base stations. According to the results of structural equation analysis, we found the degree of model fit is large,5 assumptions between 3G base stations critical success factors and 3G project successfully implementation are true. And at last the paper, five assumptions are described and discussed.
