With the development of informationalization, the Public Security Department of Zhejiang province began to focus on using informative way to optimize the work flow of the public security. And the application of public security informationalization not only optimizes the work flow, but also improves efficiency.Seeing that the files of the Public Security Department are in great number abundant in variety and strictly in working flow,so it needs urgently to develop a information platform for the Public Security Department of Zhejiang province. And this essay mainly introduces the process of designing the platform. This paper introduces the background and meaning of this topic, tasks of doing this research and the construction of this essay, and the techniques attaching to this research, including the technique of UML and the construction of SSH. Then analysis the demands of this topic.It mainly analyzes system business flow and non-function requirement of system. This paper discusses system design, including designing the data base, and expounds system realization and system testing, including system interface realization, function realization and test case design.When the information platform is put in use, it makes great contribution to daily affairs. The research and development of this platform breaks the traditional working model, which has been last for years. It also builds a unified application platform inside the Public Security Department, which shorten the flow of working and improve efficiency greatly. In the meantime it also set an example in promoting the construction of infomationization in zhejiang province.
