In modern society, the competition between corporations is more reflected from the competition between their human resource and technology obtained. Especially in large global corporations, Human Resource is a very important aspect. All the enterprises put their effort on attracting, reservation, training and management on qualified employees. We can say that the development prospect of a company is quite related with the exploitation and proper utilization of human resource. At the same time, in new market environment and society circumstance, the management strategy of human resource is facing more and more problems. The specialists working on HR department not only need to rely on traditional theory and method, but also explore the new ways to resolve problems.Most large corporations have their branches in lots of areas. The HR departments from different countries and areas can have plenty of valuable experience to share. There also would be many experts which have some original ideas on some special aspects. If their knowledge can be shared it will be a great immaterial fortune. So inner enterprise it is necessary to develop a system to store and share this valuable human resource knowledge.Not like the current HR management system, this one is specially made for the HR specialist to help them on their work. This passage is based on an example of knowledge share part system of a large enterprise inner HR management to introduce every step of detailed information which is ordered by standard phase of software development.This system is based on J2EE framework. In demand analysis section it tells the overall need of this system. In preliminary design section we try lots of design patterns to build a logical system framework, and draw a clear picture of the system infrastructure. In detailed design & implement part we introduced some original and creative ways to achieve the functions, and also give detailed instruction of some crucial and important parts.Nowadays this system is online and has thousands of active users. It runs stably and healthily and also has periodically maintained.
