In this paper, the practical application of enterprise as a startingpoint, first of all, study the basic concepts of human resourcemanagement system, the relevant characteristics and the currentdevelopment status, explains the necessity and significance ofJ2EE-based human resource management system model developed.Secondly, this paper designs and implements a layered architecture basedon J2EE and MVC model of human resource management system, builtmainly with Spring, Hibernate, supplemented by the applicationframework. Based on SSH framework combines three characteristics ofJ2EE-based application system model development can be configurable,multi-user efficiency and scalability, the technology level of the systemare given the data layer, the system the business logic layer, presentationlayer that is Web tier system corresponding design.System is designed using Hibernate technology avoids the directoperation of the database, to achieve data resources package. Strutsframework makes use of correlation between the different components ofthe business logic layer of small, low degree of coupling, greatlyimproving the application’s maintainability and scalability. The systemhas been tested to achieve the design requirements, put into use willgreatly reduce office consumption, improve office efficiency.
