Along with the drastic competition at current times, the margin for the company become less and less. The competition for the price is truly become to the competition for the cost after services get a high level. At current time, the price for service become down and down again and the material price also keeping a high level, it become so urgent for how to reduce the price for the services. In order to fight a place in the global market, the company not only run against the time but also need produce a new competitive service in very limit time in future. According to the experience of the passing few years, the machine, technique and service model are immutable in the company plan and design phase, so only the high level automation service can reduce the total cost for the company.Many large KTV companies are chain management, so the software must support the management model of the KTV companies, and along with the companies in the production and marketing chain cooperate more and more closely, the service provider must make the relationship more closely with the ware provider. The companies with different products and services build up a large chain. And the result is there need a large, fully functional and smart software to support it.By the research for this project, to engender a suite of management solution which have industry characteristic and can help reduce the cost for the human resource management. And it also can control the cost for the service; improve cooperate fluency between the service providers and costumers; acquire the latest information of the market. It can improve the competitiveness of the company in the market by analyzing the service model and automating the service flow.This system take MVC three tiers as its architecture, it use Java Swing component in the view tier, and the control tier was implemented by Java language, and use SQL language and Oracle 9i to implement the data tier. This system take Eclipse as its development platform, it can make the work more efficient. At the same time, this system use UML to do system analysis and general design. This system use PowerDesigner to do database design.This system is KTV service flow management system. The major subsystem including:Customer Record, Customer Consume, Service Query, System Maintenance, Change Skin and System Shutdown.All subsystems work with each other closely and divide the service flow into the flowing part:Customer Reserve, Active Room, and Customer Consume and Customer Checkout. Customer Reserve function record the reserved room’s number and time. Active Room function record which time the room’s status change to active and it also record the room changing. Customer Consume record the customer consume. Customer Checkout function record the checkout time, total cost and change the room status to free.This article researches the Customer Record subsystem, Customer Consume subsystem and System Maintenance subsystem. Customer Record subsystem has Active Room function, Change Room function, Change Record function, Change Status function and New Reserve function. Customer Consume subsystem has Add Consume function and Customer Checkout function. System Maintenance subsystem has Change Password and System Setting function.
