Office Automation(OA)is an office assistant software that promotes collaboration,strengthens communication and improves the efficiency of enterprise management.Nowadays,Internet technology penetrates deeply into R&D,production and sales of enterprises,and this kind of office assistant software has become the standard configuration of enterprise management.Because of the advantages of capital strength,large enterprises are in the forefront of information transformation and fine management.As a small or medium-sized enterprise,which accounts for more than 90% of the total number of enterprises in China,due to the pressure of capital strength,cost control and so on,it seems more than enough in the information transformation.Taking a small ormedium-sized construction enterprise as an example,this thesis designs and implements an office automation system for construction and procurement.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)By consulting literature,authoritative data and market research,this thesis analyses the current research situation of office automation at home and abroad.According to the contradiction between supply and demand in the market,the significance of developing office automation system for small and medium-sized enterprises is derived.(2)Research on Key Technologies of office automation system.The mobile terminal of the system adopts the hybrid development mode,which is different from the traditional Android/iOS original development and develops through the MUI(Mobile User Interface)framework based on HTML5+standard,so the later development of App has the advantages of both iOS and Android issuance,and greatly reduces the development cycle and cost,studies various load balancing algorithms based on Nginx server,and considers the later user expansion and enterprise cost.In order to meet the high reliability requirement of the system,a load balancing strategy based on "Nginx + Tomcat" server is designed.(3)The Design and Implementation of Office Automation System.In view of the strong mobile application scenario of construction enterprises,the development idea of "mobile terminal as the main Web terminal as the supplement" is established.Through the design objectives,overall architecture,communication mode,database and other aspects of the system design.Through the MUI framework,Apache Shiro framework,HTML5+,Java,MySQL and other technologies to complete the development of the system App and Web-side.Changing the traditional examination and approval,paper invoice and other time-consuming and labor-consuming work methods,increase the transparency of the work,reduce the probability of corruption in enterprises.The system integrates procurement,construction,inventory,finance and other business branches in the daily business of the enterprise,and realizes the enterprise office portal.(4)The Office Automation System test.Through the design of test cases and control experiments,the functional modules of the system are tested.This thesis selects the appropriate evaluation index,compares and test Nginx(different algorithms)and Tomcat server,and gives qualitative analysis to complete the server performance test.Through the analysis of the stock terminal,the representative Android and iOS devices are selected to complete the adaptability test.Finally,the advantages and commercial applications of the system compared with similar systems are analyzed.After testing,the system has good performance and strong cross-platform performance,which can meet the needs of an enterprise to improve management efficiency and daily use.
