Telecommuting System In Collaborative Design And Implementation

Office automation system is the key factor for the civilization of society. At present, the enterprises have their own office automation system. With the increasing services, it is urgent to construct the cooperative office automation system, especially for the enterprises that have the close cooperation. Cooperative office automation system has become the bottleneck for both Beijing Telecommunication and Beijing Xinyuan Group. Therefore, cooperative office automation system should be constructed to guarantee interconnection between the enterprises.According to the requirement of Beijing Xinyuan Group, based on the Brower/Server technology, Web-based cooperative office automation system is designed. Firstly, the present situation of Beijing Xinyuan Group and the existing problems are analyzed, which confirms the necessity to develop cooperative office automation system based on Browse/Server structure. Secondly, from the requirement, main core functions of management system are discussed, system processes and system framework are analyzed, modularized method is used to design systems, which include system design, module function, database design, and so on. The details of subsystem design are discussed. Finally, system extensibility is also analyzed. The cooperative office automation system is fit for the requirements of enterprises cooperation and simplified the office process, which will help the different uses cooperation in the office automation system with high efficiency for the different enterprises.
