Office Automation System aims to improve the efficiency of the day-to-day office transaction for enterprises and institutions, process to improve the office environment and ultimately achieve a paperless office. Currently, the Academy of Music Office in our university still remains manual in its paper work processing. A lot of Transaction Processing can not be handled timely and conveniently. Computer hardware and networking environment is not being efficiently used. In order to fundamentally improve efficiency in the office, a new system needs to be established. According to the problems that exist in the current Academy of Music, an Office Automation System is proposed based on NET components in this thesis. In addition, taking into account the need to improve crucial business functions of the Academy of Music in early development and to continue to add new features, Office Automation System must have adequate and robust software architecture to meet the system reusability, maintainability and supportability, which puts forward a multi-layer architecture mode.The thesis first analyzes the current business needs of the Academy of Music executed on the system functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis, and then create a system model using the UML and the Unified Process, subsequently identifies OA system multi-layer architecture mode, the logical components of the system and module division.Office Automation System is an automated circulation system. We need to determine the system’s workflow and the OA system workflow framework, based on simple directed graphs, to achieve the system office circulation because the process of the system is relatively simple. Conference management and document management are designed firstly, then front office and back management of the conference management, front office and back management of the document management, personal affairs management and mobile office management are designed in detail.On Realization of the system, the site home page layout style and the site security certification are firstly determined, then user roles and accounts are established. Meeting application form, Meeting approval page, document processing page and document workflow implementations are achieved. The OA System Database is designed finally and at the same time the System is evaluated Objectively and comprehensively. Suggestions of further improvement are requested.
