Analysis And Design Of Office Automation For China Radio International

Office automation system (the Office Automation OA) can increase unit efficiency, integration of resources, facilitate communication. While using the office systems, the amount of paper can be reduced so as to save energy and protect environment. The office automation system used by China Radio International (CRI) integrated the resources of daily, supervision, announcement and so on, designed the function of instant messaging, SMS, aid for work, and paid more attention to the problem of the permission to staff and system security. It can make the staff do the daily work more easily, efficiently and safely. The cooperative office automation systems in CRI focus on the specification implementation of the internal management system, internal and external information acquiring and pushing, high efficiency channels for communication, dealing with the administrative affairs, in order to improve office efficiency, make the daily work into the areas of the OA system as much as possible. The construction of OA is divided into four stages, OA selection, OA implementation, OA promotion and OA depth application. According to the actual situation in CRI, the paper will focus on the OA selection and OA implementation.The paper first analyzed the implementation of the office automation system in CRI, including feasibility analysis, system requirements analysis and network construction analysis. Based on these analyzes, providing the specific design for the system, including system design, software design, permission design and network design. The second part is the deployment and integration of system software and third-party software. Finally, it is the confirmation test on the system. In the system analysis, the article focuses on the collection of the system functional requirements and confirmation of the workflow requirement, and overall planning of the office network construction. In the system design, it is the implementation of system functions, the detailed design of the workflow and permissions, and office network design and deployment. In the part of the software deployment, the paper analyzed the application of operating system in server and terminal, and integration of third-party software and office systems in details. In the part of software testing, the paper describes the operation status of office systems and operating system software and third-party software.After using the office automation systems in CRI, the office efficiency improved greatly, the utilization of resource raised, so as to make the employees in CRI, especially the staffs in the departments do the daily work more conveniently and fast, to some extent, changed the way of traditional work, and start the transition to advanced office work. In addition, the paper summarized the results of the work at this stage, and pointed out the difficulties and solutions encountered in the construction.
