The Tobacco Leaf Quality Information Collection System Based On Rfid Technology Research

RFID (radio frequency identification) radio frequency identification is a non-contact automatic identification technology. It can identify targets automatically through RF signal and be access to relevant data. The identification can be done without human intervention and can work in harsh environments. RFID also has some characteristics, such as easy to be operated, strong identification, which can not be replaced by other logistics identification code.In order to build a tobacco leaf quality tracing system ("quality chain" system), some tobacco company use RFID to connect the whole tobacco leaf logistic process with the quality management process. It aims to achieve the goal of digital management of tobacco leaf resource, including four major linkds of agricultural production, redrying, storage maintenance, and manufacturing.As the tobacco redrying tobacco is the key process between the agricultural production, the beginning of the tobacco leaf resource, and the storage maintenance and manufacturing, the end of the resource, the key to "quality chain" system is to develop the application system before and after the connection of redrying.Through architecture design, interface design, software code design and hardware deployment of quality information collection system, the paper describes the deployment and application of RFID systems in tobacco redrying part.Tobacco leaf is agricultural products, whose resources management is still the extensive management both domestic and overseas. This paper creatively applies the RFID technology used in tobacco smoke box. Through the collection of quality information in the threshing & redrying process, the completion of building the "quality chain" in redrying process has reached the international level and the leading domestic level.
