In recent years, China’s high-speed railway developed rapidly,the technology of high-speed railway constantly improve,and the train is faster and fasters.With the increasing standards of living,the passenger to the requirements of the ride comfort is growing.Various factors, such as temperature, humidity have close ralation with ride comfort when high-speed EMUs is running.So it has very important meaning to develop a real-time monitoring system which can monitor these factors.At present the temperature and humidity monitoring system on the market uses wire for transmission,it needs a large number of cable laying on the site for sensor signal transmission, power supply and data collection.This paper designs a temperature and humidity monitoring system based on wireless sensor network(WSN),it realizes wireless data transmission with ZigBee technology, compared with the traditional way to solve the problem of laying cable difficultly on site,distance is limited and signal become unstable by the electromagnetic interference.The system has the characteristics of low cost, little interference, transmission stability and high safety.The monitoring system uses tree topology in ZigBee to realize the establishment of wireless sensor network.The terminal equipment trasmits temperature and humidity data to router and to coordinator in the end by the way of multihop and routing.Coordinator transmits the data to monitor center through a serial port to storage and process. The system uses MCU C8051F021, RF transceiver chip MC13193and temperature and humidity sensor SHT21as the core of hardware, PC uses Lab VIEW software to realize the design of monitoring interface.The design of temperature and humidity monitoring system for high speed EMUs based on WSN technology can satisfy the real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity,and the real-time evaluation of temperature and humidity comfort when the high speed EMUs is running.It provides experimental basis to analyse the status quo of vehicle interior temperature and humidity,and to study the relationship between temperature humidity and ride comfort.it plays a indispensable role to improve ride comfort for passengers.
