AnSteel Group Co.,Ltd.is a 70 years old and a large-scale iron and steel enterprise.The development of the company cannot be separated from the development of information technology.The development of "integration of the two industries" has produced many communication equipment rooms.But with the introduction of Ansteel's "staff reduction and efficiency improvement policy",many computer rooms have become unattended.The computer room involved in this dissertation is a computer room that provides important services such as production scheduling and OA office for AnSteel Group Co.,Ltd..There is no temperature and humidity monitoring system in this computer room.The air conditioner in the computer room has poor functions due to a long time.Once the network equipment fails to work due to abnormal temperature and humidity,it will cause extremely significant losses to production of the company.The design which is based on ZigBee wireless network technology is to realize automatic monitoring and control of temperature and humidity in the computer room.It takes full advantage of ZigBee technology's feature of low cost,low power consumption,easy networking,robustness,and flexible application to realize the automatic control of the temperature and humidity in the communication room of AnSteel Group Co.,Ltd..During the design process,a large amount of domestic and foreign literature which is about the research and development of temperature and humidity monitoring in the computer room,has been read to understand the networking mode of the temperature and humidity monitoring in the computer room.The temperature and humidity monitoring system is designed,based on analysis of the Internet of Things(IOT)technology,wireless sensor network(WSN)technology,and ZigBee technology.The main research work includes analysis of the overall requirements of the monitoring system,structural diagram design,hardware selection,ZigBee network construction,software platform design,and network node design.I addition the automatic control of the computer room environment is realized by establishing the closed-loop control system of the temperature and humidity monitoring system in the computer room.The feasibility and practicability of the previous designs are tested and proved through experiments.In order to complete the closed-loop design of the temperature and humidity monitoring system in the communication room,the collecting data of temperature and humidity are calculated to offset the errors caused by the sensor noise and compared with the system set threshold and then controlled the air-conditioning equipment by the PID algorithm.The computer room from the traditional room which can only use the temperature and humidity meter to record the temperature and humidity is revised to the modern one which can collect,record and control the temperature and humidity data automatically.The design overcomes the difficulty of laying cables in the traditional old computer room and realizes free and flexible networking.It solves the problem that a large number of communication equipment rooms of AnSteel Group Co.,Ltd.are in short of temperature and humidity monitoring systems and ensures the stable operation of equipment in the computer room.It also prolongs the service life of equipment in the computer room and provides assistance for the company's production and operation.This design is easy to achieve and construct,especially for old industrial enterprises such as AnSteel Group Co.,Ltd..The design has great practical significance and reference value for further research.
