Abstract/Summary:
In modern industrial and agricultural production process, the monitoring oftemperature and humidity information has become a very important of a part of it isrelated to the growth of crops related to the smooth progress of the modern industrialproduction, but also related to people’s daily life, health travel. Therefore, thetemperature and humidity information in real time, accurate monitoring, it becomesincreasingly important. Traditional wired temperature and humidity monitoring theexistence of complex wiring, no maintenance, and other shortcomings, in many casesare not suitable for the actual operation and use. The usual wireless solutions aregenerally high energy consumption and limited transmission distance. This need for aeasy to maintain, can be distributed freely, low energy consumption, to monitor thescope of broad and real-time monitoring of solution temperature and humidityinformation, the Zigbee protocol-based wireless temperature and humidity monitoringsystem precisely because of its self-organizing, low-power consumption, highreliability, to overcome the shortcomings of the wired and traditional wirelessmonitoring, the current preferred wireless temperature and humidity monitoringsolution.For this purpose, we designed a universal wireless temperature and humiditymonitoring systems based on Zigbee protocol, Zigbee network coordinator toestablish, through temperature and humidity sensors collect temperature and humidityinformation from the wireless terminal node, and then through the Zigbee network viaa router, coordinator transmitted to the host computer to monitor the display in orderto achieve real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity information.The paper first introduces the wireless sensor networks in the status quo, then summarizes the characteristics of the Zigbee technology. Next, the structure of TI’sZ-Stack protocol stack, Z-Stack protocol stack processes and the related discussion.Then introduced a wireless temperature and humidity monitoring systemhardware and software design. First from the hardware section discusses theframework for the design of wireless temperature and humidity monitoring systemtemperature and humidity sensor terminal module, routing module and coordinationof the hardware design of the module and antenna design of the SMA interface, andthen describes the monitoring system of the host computer from the software sectiondesign and coordinator of the Zigbee wireless temperature and humidity sensornetworks, sensor nodes, the collection, transmission, management and other functionsof the router’s network as well as temperature and humidity.Secondly, the discussion on Zigbee wireless temperature and humiditymonitoring system network control and power, and power test to have a rough idea ofthe power consumption of the entire monitoring system to ensure low powerconsumption in the practical application of these requirements.Finally, the article make conclusions and outlook, and pointed out the place thereneeds to be improved, and now China is vigorously developing the Internet of ThingsInternet of Things is a very large network, it is inclusive, involving all walks of life,its essence is to make everythingeverything is connected through the network,achieving many of the super-intelligent application. This is a people’s infinite visionfor a better future, and to achieve it will have to down to earth from the basics. Thesensor network is to build the Internet of Things basic network sensor as the perceivedfront-end to detect and collect the signal, then a variety of wired and wirelesscommunication technology for the exchange of equipment between communication.Zigbee has been considered the most suitable for sensor network access side wirelesscommunication technology. Zigbee technology in the Internet of Things are slowlyemerging era will be more and more people certainly believe that after Zigbeetechnology will bring us more value to the Internet of Things of the future is no longerjust a dream.
