Research On Knowledge Service Of Enterprise Based On Web Resources

At present, the knowledge has become the key resource and the dominant factorof competitive advantage for the enterprises. With the development andpopularization of the Internet, Web has provides enterprises with rich knowledgeresources; it has become an important theoretical and practical significance of theresearch topic that how to use Web resources to provide enterprises with specificknowledge service. Combined with the National Natural Science Fund Project"Research on the combination of the speed of the knowledge extension optimizationand sharing theory in knowledge super network environment"(project NO.:71071144), Zhejiang Province Natural Science Fund Project" Research on extensionand adaptive knowledge service oriented complex product design "(project NO.:Z6110334) and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University graduate innovation foundation project"Research on Knowledge Service of Enterprise Based on Web Resources"(projectNO.: YCX-S11027), this paper launchs a deep and systematic research onknowledge service of the enterprise based on the Web resources. Mainly researchwork and contributions are as follows:Firstly, the concept of enterprise knowledge is put forward. The characteristics ofenterprise knowledge service are analyzed. Five aspects of the demand are analyzedand put forward, in using Web resources to provide enterprise knowledge service, atthe same time, four service models are put forward. Based on this, we build up theenterprises knowledge service order and the service technology architecture based onWeb resources, which can be used in both running step and building step.Secondly, according to the feature modeling and recognition of the theme Website, a Web site features modeling theory of Content-Structure Vector SpaceModel(CS-VSM) is put forward. Based on this, a kind of CCM-SVM classificationalgorithm of finding Web sites is put forward. The search strategy of finding themeWeb sites is put forward based on the Web site features modeling and classificationalgorithm. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the characteristics of pages, the Web resourceacquisition method based on improved Bot packet is proposed and realized. Theretrieval mechanism and the realizing method are constructed after word segmentation,index and so on.At last, integrating all the above methods and techniques, the function model andsystem framework of enterprise knowledge service system based on Web resourcesare constructed. The system is developed and put into practice successfully.
