Besides the core personnel,knowledge resources have become the most important core assets of complex equipment researchand development enterprises which play an important role in the positive innovation design of complex equipments.The organization and management of knowledge resources have become the primary problem to be solved in the practice of knowledge engineering,knowledge mining,knowledge application and service in complex equipment development enterprises.Revolving around the"management and application of knowledge resources",this dissertation focuses on the organization,management and application of knowledge resources.The achievementsof basic theories,key technologies and application are as follows:Aiming at the balance of quality and efficiency of large-scale ontology construction,a method of large-scale ontology automatic construction based on relevance is proposed,in which the automatic construction method of domain ontology based on correlation degree is mainly studied,and the expansion adjustment coefficient and its calculation method considering both hierarchical relationship and relational relationship are proposed to realize the two-way automatic and efficient expansion of cross domain ontology.Based on the correlation control matrix and the correlation threshold,an ontology extension control method is proposed to realize the dynamic control of extension direction and depth,and the ontology scale control which is task-oriented.Aiming at the problems of high computational complexity and low computational efficiency of large-scale ontology mapping,a large-scale ontology mapping method and decomposition and reduction method based on filtering verification strategy are studied,the computational complexity is reduced by reducing the size of ontology.The concepts and calculation methods of ontology mapping node level similarity,organization level similarity and comprehensive similarity based on them are defined,an ontology fragment mapping method based on comprehensive similarity is proposed to improve the efficiency of ontology mapping.Using Food and Anatomy ontology as the standard test set,the proposed method is verified.The results show that the method performs well in mapping efficiency,accuracy,recall rate and other indicators.Aiming at the problem of high-precision association matching of knowledge resources based on ontology,this paper proposes an ontology based knowledge resource association matching method,which solves the problem of accuracy and effectiveness of knowledge resources in professional vertical domain.The multi-dimensional and extensible domain ontology dynamic search supporting ontology based resource matching is constructed.On this basis,the semantic based domain ontology association matching method is further studied,the ontology joint matching method based on combination matching of task keywords and derivative words is designed,which effectively improves the effective organization and efficient retrieval of knowledge resources.Aiming at the requirement of knowledge resource sharing for design task and the problem of efficient and accurate matching,this paper studies the accurate matching method of knowledge resources under different constraints.In view of the R-P~w-D knowledge resource sharing mode,considering the matching degree of design task demand and design knowledge resource service ability,the bilateral matching degree of design knowledge resource and task is included into the consideration of design knowledge resource matching,the index system of bilateral matching degree and multi-objective matching model based on matching degree are constructed to realize resource matching and decision-making from the perspective of bilateral matching.For R-P~P-D knowledge resource sharing mode,a knowledge resource sharing scheduling model based on"clustering+optimization"is proposed.Two cases are used to verify the effectiveness of the knowledge resource scheduling methods under the two knowledge resource sharing modes.The main research results of this dissertation are integrated into the knowledge management platform supported by two national projects,and verified in the general design department of a research institute of aerospace,preliminarily verifying the correctness of the main research results.The result of verification shows that the main research results of this dissertation not only have good academic value,but also have high theoretical guidance and technical reference to the knowledge resource management and application,knowledge engineering practice of complex equipment development enterprises.
