With the rapid development and wide application of science and technology, today’s society hasentered a new era of knowledge economy. With the advent of the knowledge economy, theimplementation of enterprise knowledge management has gradually become an important trend for amodern enterprise’s knowledge development and transformation to a knowledge-based enterprise. Theknowledge-intensive enterprises have accumulated a large number of heterogeneous knowledge,which makes many users unable to get the necessary knowledge accurately and timely whenperforming tasks. Nowadays the proactive knowledge service has become one of the most effectivemeans to solve the "knowledge trek" and "knowledge overload" problems. The proactive knowledgetechnology will be introduced into radar design knowledge management system, with a focus on theresearch of the knowledge requirement model based on context and the hybrid recommendationtechnology.Firstly, the current status of knowledge services and research problems in existing applicationsare analyzed, besides, the system framework of the proactive knowledge service system based oncontext is designed and then the system platform’s knowledge service process is given.Secondly, a new method of knowledge requirement based on context is suggested, On the basisof context tree structure model, the knowledge requirement, as part of the context model, is combinedwith the context model. Besides, the context model’s evolution mechanism based on user feedback isproposed. On the basis of context knowledge requirement model, a new hybrid knowledgerecommendation algorithm, which unites model recommendation and collaborative filteringrecommendation, is suggested and then the detail design and running process is given. The algorithm,which is based on context knowledge requirement, is combined with the proposed collaborativefiltering algorithm, and then integrates their results together as the final recommendation.Experimental results show that the algorithm can achieve good effect.Finally, combining with the application background of a national defense basic project, the initialrealization of the context technology based proactive design knowledge service system is presented,which is applied to radar design knowledge management system.
