With the increase of the train speed, the energy consumption increases significantly. In order to reduce the energy consumption, in addition to the use of body weight loss, decrease running resistance, use regenerative braking and other methods, but also can improve the train running control method, improve train operation curves to save energy. The benefit of this approach is not to need a large number of hardware equipment investments. But the train operation is affected by many factors, solving complex, different time corresponding to different operating conditions, different line conditions will have different results, So the computer aided calculation to construct a kind of calculation method become the key to solve this problem. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, with time as the limiting conditions by using the dynamic programming principle and practical experience for the foundation, put forward a kind of energy saving method, and use C#platform programming. The method with time and the line data for the given conditions, can quickly calculate the speed displacement curve. In order to verify the validity of the calculation result, design another fixed time strategy compared to verify its energy saving effect. Increase the operating load simulation platform with communication function based on the original load simulation platform. By using the operating simulation results control load simulation platform, simulating a line operation. Platform operation simulation and the simulation results can be very good to coincide. It is proved that the method is effective.
